Get to know our National teams
The Brasil Lacrosse National Teams represent the highest level of the sport in Brazil. Competing in Pan-American and World events, our national teams serve not only as elite athletic programs but as ambassadors of Brazilian lacrosse on the international stage.
Participation is open to athletes of Brazilian origin who play lacrosse. Selection to the national team reflects not only athletic ability, but also a commitment to representing the values of the Confederação Brasileira de Lacrosse (CBL). Our athletes are leaders within the community, role models and catalysts for the continued growth and development of the sport.
At the same time, our national teams operate within a high-performance environment aligned with Olympic standards. Athletes are held to rigorous expectations across technical, tactical, physical, and behavioral domains. Commitment, professionalism, and accountability are essential at every stage of the process.
Purpose & Governance
The CBL has established a structured and evidence-based high performance pathway and standards to ensure a fair, transparent, and internationally aligned selection process for its national teams, particularly within the Olympic Sixes discipline.

Women’s National Team

The U20 national team program for young women and girls aims to develop athletes while promoting and increasing girl’s participation in sport.
